My name is Ellie Johnson, and I currently work as a graphic and motion designer at Ignitium, an ABM marketing agency in Spokane, WA. I'm most passionate about animation, design, and illustration that is engaging, creative, and helpful. Before joining Ignitium, I spent a year as a freelancer, where I appreciated the opportunity to design for clients such as Paw Partner.
I have a Bachelor's degree in Visual Communication Design from Eastern Washington University, where I learned new skills through group critiques and the advice of professors. I also worked part-time as a graphic design assistant with the EWU Career Center, designing print and digital graphics to promote career-related events for students. My skillset is mainly in Adobe Creative Cloud, with a minor in 3D Animation (Autodesk 3ds Max). My second major is in Humanities.
Why the name "Drawn by Moonlight?" The night sky represents our imagination, and our desire for exploration into the unknown. The design process can feel overwhelming, and I want to give others some guiding light to inspire them to share their own stories.
